Advertising at GadgetMe! is great way to reach people who are interested in creating a better experience with a mobile device. This could be a PDA user of the Palm OS® or Pocket PC, as well as consumer-geared gadgets like Apple's iPOD, EDGE Peripherials DiskGo USB Watch, the SCOTTeVEST as well as the many other thousands of other cool gadgets.
Additionally, GadgetMe.Com has been featured in publications like the Wall Street Journal, San Francisco Chronicle, San Jose Mercury News, Reno Gazette Journal and many other publications online and in traditional media.
Surveys have given us a rough demographic of who our reader is. The following data was compiled from a survey of over 500 unqiue readers.
- 82% of our readers shop online for mobile device products
- 91% are male between the ages of 18-35
- 53% use AvantGo to read web pages while away from the Internet
- More than 75% of GadgetMe! readers check the site more than once a week
- Average pageviews* per month are 40,000 with over a two and a half million hits** annually
*Pageviews are calculated by unique access to a specific page excluding accesses to images and other objects found on the webpage, where as **hits include every access requested per web page including accesses to non-cached images and other objects. Statitics above are averages between 9/2004 and 9/2005 using Webalizer.
